Rigorous piece part inspection

Precision Engineering Quality Control

Quality is of paramount importance to T&T Precision and our precision quality standards form the foundation that our engineering and manufacturing business and reputation are built on.

We build quality into our processes by completing a full inspection of the part prior to production.  Our in-house metrology capabilities include a Mitutoyo CMM.

We follow an in-process inspection schedule during production to ensure that quality levels are maintained throughout the process. We also mandate a final inspection for all parts and sign off by company directors before they can be shipped to our customers.

Our quality control is pro-active and we are always striving to better our already stringent system.
